1. Warranty Coverage

All Hiecosol products, including the Hiecosol HS30 – 30W Foldable Solar Panel, come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Faulty materials

Product malfunction under normal usage

Non-user-caused performance issues

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or drops

Water damage beyond the product’s rated resistance

Normal wear and tear

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Damage caused by improper storage or extreme environments

Loss or theft of the product

3. Warranty Claim Process

If your product experiences an issue within the warranty period:

Provide your order number and a description of the issue

Attach photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review your case within 48 hours

If approved, we will offer:

A free replacement, or

A repair, or

A store credit if the product is discontinued

4. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is issued:

The replacement unit will be new or refurbished in like-new condition

Replacement does not extend the original warranty period

Shipping costs for replacements may vary based on region

Product must be purchased directly from Hiecosol.org or an authorized Hiecosol retailer

Proof of purchase must be provided
